A coworker of mine has extremely opposite tastes in music than me. She loves terrible modern country music, MTV rap, American Idol contestants, and Miley Cyrus. I tend to make fun of her, but she doesn't understand why I can't like tunes like hers. So she asked me to name a few bands that I like, which none of them registered on her radar except PJ ("the "can't find a better man" song, right?"). She then asked me, "If you were to pick one song for me to listen to in order to describe your musical taste, what would it be?"
It stumped me. I like a huge array of music (rock, electronic, ambient, jazz, minimal classical, etc), as I'm assuming a lot of you do too. Still don't know the answer, but thought it was a good question.
So, what about you? What song best encapsulates your overall taste in music?

Probably "Reach Down" by TOTD...that's what I've said in the past
but to truly describe every single one of my musical tastes probably "Akimbo" by moe.

Guise. New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys have combined forces for a tour this summer. I just saw it on a guilty pleasure show (not naming it - no, not Glee!). Maybe this hold the key to my answer here.

Haha.
DWTS?
Hahaha. Shhhh.
But seriously that was one of the weirder things I've seen. I mean, really? Those two groups are never going to make a comeback, and certainly not together.
i think bsb and nkotb have been touring together for a while. i know because i've seen ads in the papers here advertising at least two different shows within the last year.

It was VERY bizarre, and the new songs sucked (shock). The nostalgia factor will put the asses in seats though, so I think they will have good success out on the road.

Kendra needs to go.
She can actually dance decently, but when she opens her mouth I have this combo deal where I want to both smack her and cry (probably at the same time). She has no filter and has a trashy personality. Really, really awful. They have some good contenders this season though. Hines Ward - I used to hate the dude, but I can't help but love him now (argh!). Chelsea is great too. Hell, most of the ones left really are.
