I eat at Panera once a week with my son - he loves it, and on my day home with him, we go there for lunch. Sierra Turkey is my usual, but I do like the Asiago roast beef as well. Usually paired with a soup - normally the brocoilli cheddar.
There is a Subway literally next door to me at work. It's perfect for the days when there's not time to pack my lunch. Italian BMT is my vice there.

Love me some Jimmy Johns, I'm not sure if it's completely national yet. Big John #2 is classic. Basically just roast beef, mayo, lettuce and tomato. Fresh Bread. I could probably eat this 3 times a week.
I'm not really much of a fan of Subway, it's not bad, I just like Quizno's better. The torpedos are good.
Panera I usually get soup and half a sandwich, the french onion and Asiago Roast Beef or the Italian Veggie one is pretty good.
There used to be this little cuban sandwich shop in Atlanta called Little Havana or something, old cuban grandma making all the food. It was the balls but then it burned down and moved several miles outside of the city. I haven't been since.
There's another place here on the southside and recently up north of the city called Which Wich? Where you select everything you want from a particular labled brown bag. You can get all sorts of combinations. I've only been there twice but it was great both times.

Panera's the best of the bunch, for sure.
I used to like Panera a good deal, but if you eat there even three times a month, you start to realize how bland it is. Although their mac and cheese is amazing.
Quiznos is better than Subway by far. Subway looks, feels, and smells like homeless people.
The only thing Jimmy Johns has going for it is that its open late when your drunk ass can't even make a sandwich. Other than that, it's really bland.
By far the best chain place I've been for sandwiches is Jason's Deli. So many options, really good quality, plus free ice cream.

Oh, you think I'm being douchey? Well I shall have to re-examine everything then. Thanks brah.

I think Which Wich? is a chain. Pretty sure I went to one in Nashville. Not bad.

I'll have to agree with you on Jason's Deli, chains-wise. I also like McAlister's.
