I am sure like many others these past two days have been difficult after gettign screwed over by the ten club in not getting tickets for alpine.
some may say stop your bitching, it is all luck of the draw but i am speaking or the ones like me who got tickets in their basket then cheked out with credit card info and got a failure message and didnt end up gettign the tickets
4 times in the past two days this happened and now the show is sold out and i am without tickets like others.
PJ failed us today because they knew hundreds of thousands of fans would try to get 17,000 tickets.
On the last tour the server crashed for a US tour with multiple dates, what did they think would happen this week?
So even though PJ as a band will always be my favorite, i would like a refund of my 10C membership price seeing as i am not getting my moneys worth
