he was apologetic. he said several times that he realizes how awful it is and feels terrible about wasting people's time. he did not make light of it all.
people kept saying look at DMB and do a lottery (awful idea, IMO). one caller also suggested blocks based on seniority and Tim said they have considered that. I'm happy to hear they still value seniority.
Rob suggested going back to a mail-in lottery, which makes no sense. If you're doing a lottery, then you dont need to use mail.

The apology 2 days ago was meaningless when they said the store was closed while continuing to sell tickets. Proved further meaningless by the 2 days of problems immediately following it.
THe hotel packages. People like them. Sure. I bet theyd like them just as much at $1200 instead of $2000. Keep in mind that $1200 would still allow for added 10Club profit.

The complaint about the travel packages is ridiculous. You are paying for their service. They have organized everything for you. Maybe it's worth it to you and maybe it's not (then dont buy it). The sandwich you ate for lunch cost $1 in ingredients yet you paid $10 for it. Why? service. someone made it for you and got it to you when you wanted it.
Some of you on here make us look like fanboys, but the problem is that some people are so negative that anyone with a sensible opinion looks like a 10C sheep. I disagree with a lot of what 10C does, but I'm in it for the music and they can take away everything else, as long as I get access to tickets, I'm in. I wasted 8 hours trying for Alpine yesterday, but I'm in. I still hope they improve it for next time.
