Sure, things could be worse but this one really chaps my butt. Its off season here. People need to cash flow their rental properties and second homes they cant afford. Rents are down to ridiculous amounts. I'm fucking locked into a lease till October. Rents will surely increase by then. Options will also decrease. This is troublesome. I am thinking of ways to fuck the system and get out of this ridiculous lease and move into a nicer place. If i killed someone and somehow got myself acquitted...maybe I could get out of this lease. Maybe.

How about a paypal fund to help Strat buy out of his lease. I promise I'll leave the internet (without a goodbye thread) if you come through.

Think about it.

The rent is really low. I can now afford to move into a nicer place since those rents have declined dramatically. Alas, I am tied into this lease at this shitty apartment because it was the only thing I could afford at the time.

My place sucks. I can afford to pay more than what I am paying now and willing to do so for a nicer place. However, i am locked into the lease right now...thus not being able to move into a nicer place.
