I think that was posted by Michael Moore the day Bush won his second term. No apology for giving Bush the presidency was offered by Moore though.

Every year I'm part of a group of translators in charge of translating the Amnesty International Report, and the accounts of deaths by soldiers and civilians is often horrific.
