I received Eddie's songbook link from Ten Club and when I went to download it in Adobe, it said it couldn't because Acrobat couldn't decrypt this document. I pursued an explanation, and it said something about the file being corrupt, not decodified, as with an email attachment, etc. I emailed Ten Club and they wrote me back and said it had to be opened in Adobe X and not some other program. OK, why they would think I would try some other program, I don't know, I also don't know why they didn't answer my second question either, BUT I do have Adobe 7, not X, and I've been trying to download it and it won't work. When I try to simply update my version, it just had some language support update, which I did, but it still won't open the songbook. Every other PDF I have from dozens of other sources opens with what I have, and five will get you ten that Eddie doesn't even have Adobe 7. I have the sinkin' fillin' that if I ever manage to get X to download, I'll go to open the songbook and get the same message anyway. Any help, please?
Also, on Mike's blog, when he does photo sets, I can't save the pics, only with single pics, and I would really like the studio shot of Jeff and Matt and Brendan he put up -- does anyone have them to share or tell me how I could do it?? Thanks for your help.

I haven't tried it with the song book, but the web browser Opera (http://www.opera.com) has an internal PDF reader that has never given me any problems.

I know reading comprehension is considered very old school and out of fashion today, but possessing it would reveal that this is a question about Adobe and a possibly corrupt file and about how to save a photo off tumblr when the user posts more than one in a slide show. The fact that the stuff is about PJ means shit. I should have known better than to post in these forums, you may all go back to scratching yourselves and bringing down PJs web profile. stip, ban me from this fucking pit, too!

You guys are making a mockery of this forum. That was a technical issue in which this poster needed support, and you've all let him down. For shame, team.

This is bigger than mere technical issues. It's about principal. You don't post PJ-related questions in the Tech sub-forum. Ever.

The tumblr photo thing is tricky because those slideshows are done through Flash, so you can't just right click and get the source URL for the individual pictures. If I was home I'd use Opera's "inspect element" feature to find the slideshow in the source code because sometimes the photo URLS are hidden there.
