This album doesn't get much lip service in terms of their entire catalog, which is kind of a shame. Its such an infectous rock and roll album that hits that special spot between my big boy titties and my hunky thighs. This album is paired best with a six pack of miller high life (cans) and a hot summer back deck.

I like that song of theirs about being an underdog.

I view this album similar to the way I view Wilco's AM. Both were albums I didn't get into until after hearing the later works of the respective bands, and neither album sound like the current material being produced by those bands, but both records are amazing in their own right.

I like a lot of their stuff, but I only gave their most recent albums a few spins and couldn't get into them. I need to give them a better listen.

I need to listen to it again. I remember really enjoying it, but i'm way more familiar with Gimme Fiction and Kill the Coonlight.

And for some reason I was thought they had two albums after Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga, so it's only Transference I didn't care for.
