I wanna say the SN is like $20 to go up. But if you've never been before, it's a stunning view of Seattle. I dunno, I wouldn't go again, but I did it once and it was worth it.

The food is expensive, but it lists itself as "4 star", however the choices seem very 3 star. Has anyone eaten there?

Food is fine, seafood oriented. I think if anything, if you've never been there, it's more about the experience, you know? If you're looking for just regular upscale restaurants though, I'm sure a few people here could come up with a list.

Ruddo is going to have a crush on you. I think that's the place he had me order from. It was delicious.

it was awesome. we stayed at a nice little hotel maybe a block from the arena...loved the area. can't wait to go back and smash some pie.

While I'm sure the pizza is great, 1) having been born and spending significant time in Chicagoland, there's no pizza that can blow me away, and 2) I'm looking for a fairly upscale experience, like a $40 steak dinner is not out of the question, definitely $20+.

Okay, the real question is, what are you looking for? Are you looking for a steakhouse type thing? Or do you guys enjoy seafood (which you're going to get some excellent seafood, seeing as you're in the Pacific NW)? Seattle has some excellent places to eat, some of them are more niche types, but the options are relatively endless.

i've never had any pizza that has blown me away...well, except for maybe in Luzerne or San Gimignano.

anyway, i heard Il Bistro is good but never been there. not sure if you're into Moroccan food...but Marrakesh on 2nd avenue was awesome. not just the food but the whole experience too.

I'm open to most anything. I stupidly forgot about the coastal location, so seafood is probably good to target. Steakhouse would be fine. Really, something good, upscale, and near EMP are my only criteria.

bahn thai. nice little cozy thai place, pretty sure its on either mercer or roy, or damn close to one of them. not too far from the emp. it wont set you back to far either.

plus its really close to one of the easy street records stores.
