i think this thread is meant to get us past the ugliness of the ryan dunn thread. clearly, grief is a more polarizing topic than any of us realized, and it's important to just move ahead at this point.

A friend and I were just discussing the number of projects Spielberg has been involved in that end with a spaceship taking off as people watch. Even Super 8 is a Spielberg production, isn't it?
So I thought we should go back and do that to all his movies. It'd make Schindler's List a hell of a lot more uplifting.

I dig this show. I'm a sucker for post-apocalyptic stuff, so do take my opinion with a grain of salt. It is by no means perfect, but the fundamentals of the show are good. Each episode has been pretty solid, without feeling like it was dragging at all, and things are different enough episode to episode to keep it interesting. I'm glad it's already been renewed for another season, I'll stay tuned in.
