Granted, I don't watch a lot of television, but I haven't looked forward to a new show like this since "Rescue Me" like seven or eight years ago.

Wow.

I was wondering when a network was going to take a chance on a completely original scripted series that aimed to rival the output of AMC, HBO, FX, etc. Very high concept but looks very character-driven.

there is no date for this one yet

On May 16, 2011 NBC announced that the show would serve as a mid-season replacement during the 2011–12 television season.

They cancelled The Firm for this. I liked The Firm but I'll give this a shot. Still, it pisses me off that they never give shows time to develop.
