only required during lent, but i suppose many make a habit of it. friday fish fries are a big deal in my homeland.

Our oven sprung a gas leak before we went on vacation last week. The guy came out when we got back - but they had to order the part. I think we have another week until they can come back and fix it.
Those look delicious. I have been craving stuffed tomatoes. I went grocery shopping yesterday and for a few seconds I considered some Parmesan but didn't get it. I could kick myself because I have everything else to make those.
