Been a while since I put together a project of some kind here, but this one should be kinda silly and fun. Here is the goal: let's put together a compilation album of some of the bands worst all time song performances and make a "live" album out of it.

So post your suggestions of live song performances that were terrible, sloppy, aborted or noteworthy for it's awfulness. A good example would be the 05/03/03 performance of Satan's Bed. Ed forgets most of the lyrics, jumbles them up, the band plays the wrong parts at the wrong time, and finally Ed just says "Solo, or something!". A true train wreck.

Additionally, make suggestions for rants/quotes on stage by Ed that would add to the disjointed tone of the poor performances. For example some of the ranting during the 11/05/93 show after performing "Fuck Me In The Brain" are pretty nasty. "Me and Jeff are gonna go to the front gate and when you guys exit we're gonna beat the shit out of every barefoot person here." Classic! We can insert some of the comments or rants in between songs.

Dig deep and find the good stuff! I'll take submissions for a couple of weeks before closing it off and then putting together a compilation. At the end we'll also put together some artwork too and make this thing official

For your suggestions please include the song name(s)/or Ed quote, date of the performance and note why it's worth including. PJ live shows are the target but if there is an Ed solo tour performance or rant that really begs consideration, post that as well!

Last Exit from 6/30/08 is pretty mangled, due to problems with Stone's guitar...the whole song sounds like shit even after he gets a guitar that works

p.s. Man of the Hour studio is completely un-enjoyable without the octave thing.

EV in Detroit '11...the "fuck you" conversation with the sign language lady, leading into no ceilin I think, which is quickly aborted as Ed laughs about telling her to fuck off.

I remember the recording of Missoula '05 having some moments that made me question their abilities. Luckily, that's the worst I've ever heard them, I think.

Also, Indifference from London '07 where Eds brags about how he has "written some shit lyrics in my time, but this is not one of them" then fucks up the lyrics to the beginning of the song.

9/16/98 Ed infuriated about getting hit with quarters on stage and yells at the crowd. "Hit me with a fuckin quarter again and fuck it I'm outta here. We're all outta here. Fuck you! And if anyone sees anyone throw fuckin change right next to 'em you have my permission to personally beat the fuckin holy shit out of 'em. Thank you very much! Fucking idiot!"

Sloppiest show EVER. Seriously, just pick a random song from that night and it will be a mess.
