It is often said that dreams are windows to one's soul.

I think mostly they address what's going on in your subconscious mind.

i'm worried there's nothing i can do to properly prepare my mind to absorb the resplendent details that are sure to flow through this thread

Not bad, generally. But pretty involved. One of them from a few nights ago involved a bus emerging from the sky as if through a wormhole, and crashing into some dorm invented by my mind, that I think was reminiscent of my high school. And a huge adventure trying to get back in (they had it locked down, sort of, which doesn't seem to make any sense, but yeah). I needed to get my phone and wallet back from the room; I had left because I had pissed off a friend (who I haven't seen in over a year at least). But I think it was overreaction on his part.

There were some others, that same night. And had the one last night. That one was good in itself, but in the wider context of things I'm not sure.

The having to retrieve a phone and wallet has a recent parallel in my life.
