I've been promoted to an international territory manager. so now instead of NY, NJ, RI, CT, MA, VT, NH, ME I am in charge of Canada.
We have buildings in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal and Mogton, New Brunzwick.
I visited Montreal & Toronto this week. Headed out west over the next three. I've never been to any of these places before.
Where are the good places to visit? Food, live music, night scene, other?
excited to see new places.

If you have time while you're in Calgary head West to Canmore/Banff. There's plenty of good eats and drinks depending on where you're at and what you feel like. 17th Ave and area are full of good pubs/bars and restaurants. Pick up a free copy of FFWD when you get here and it'll have all the live music info you need. If you're into beer, there's a few decent places to check out. The Hop In Brew, Wildrose Brewpub, Wurst and Craft Beer Market are all great.

So I'm done my first round of Canada visits & I have to say...
Vancouver: I stayed in Seattle and drove up for the meeting. I only had time to do one "extra activity" that trip so I went and found the lighthouse at Discovery Park. OH and I also found SWEET CHEEKS. What is it with you people and your coffee and your naked women & why don’t we have that in Boston! This girl had on a blue thong & a white transparent bra & made a mean Cafe Mocha. I gave her a 10 and she asked me if she could earn the change. I said sure and she showed me her surgically enhanced boobs. Not worth the $7 tip. Anyway, beautiful countryside on the ride up and back, can't wait to go back and spend more time there.
Toronto: Liked it fine.
Montreal: FUCK YOU FRENCHIES! Oka beach was NIIIIIIIIIIIICE.
Calgary: Your entire city looks like a giant industrial park. Not much for architecture, Eh? The mountains looked cool on the horizon & Tim Horton doesn’t take VISA. WTF. Luckily the girl was nice enough to give me the coffee anyway, I gave her 5 American as a tip. Live and Learn. Next Time: A jacket.
Winnipeg: I’m here now & so far I feel like I’m in DORCHESTER. Can’t wait to fly the fuck home tomorrow.
