Well worth it, IMO. Besides the aesthetic improvements of the actual movie, the extras on disc II are awesome.

It really is one of the best acting performances in film history IMO. I've never seen anything quite like it.

yeah this is one of the greatest movies made, but Ordinary people won best picture that year..... :roll:

I really love Raging Bull. But Ordinary People's a pretty great little film also. I have nothing against it winning out.

for the record i like ordinary people too, but i really think raging bull is a step above many films.

could just be my Martin bias coming out though.
