I was watching Chopped and one of the contestants kept repeating this phrase her dad always used to tell her, so I decided that I need some kind of pithy wisdom in the form of a catchphrase I can always repeat around her. That way when she is in some kind of food/non food related competition in her life she can think back on what I always used to tell her, and draw strength from it.
What should it be?
