WHY is there not a thread for this band? The best kept secret duo of today.. what proof do you need besides having opened for Sonic Youth and recently having a single produced by no other than Jack White on his Third Man Records label. Heres a couple vids. They are appearing on Jimmy Fallon tonight:

and their newest single on TMR:

I caught them in either 08 or 09 in a small record store called Speaker Tree in Lynchburg VA and I was immediately impressed.... I could see them getting very big if a lot of things go their way...

I think they would really benefit from a bass player.

They killed it on Fallon.

I've never actually seen these guys,...in anything. Their presence made me like them a whole lot more.

Check out their Live at Third Man album,...pretty good stuff.

That was an awesome performance on Fallon. Diamond Way is a great pop rock song and liked how they jammed for a bit before they went into the actual song. Dont know what that dude eating a sandwhich while they were performing was all about. Weird..

Found some rare old promo clips from their earlier albums. Their early stuff isnt bad either.

U Got The Look
Heavy Damage
Mellow Out
I'm A Freak
Heavy Days
Shredder
Bone Jam
Dreamscape
The Tropics
Mind Ride
Beastmaster 420

It is a great show. More of the older stuff,...and is missing Hey Friend and Diamond Way which are two of the best songs off the new album.

That was good. Is he just blending in a whole lot of low end through an extra amp to act as a bass? That acrylic guitar also looked neat.
