Lets face it, kids. Sooner or later we all end up having to deal with this type of situation.
Nope, not having to say "I love you".
These days, when interviewing for a new job, most companies use a bunch of stupid (behavioral related) questions to attempt to ascertain if you're a good fit in their corporate culture, and if you respond to issues in a manner that's consistent with the company mindset.
Mostly, I think it's bullshit unless dealing with questions about your skill set, but whatever- such is the way of the world.
One of the question often posed is-What three words would you use to describe yourself?
so have at it- gimme your answers. I'll post mine in a bit.

Sorry mary malice. That's probably the kind of answer I'd get if I asked the people I interview in my current labor market. It's a fucking terrible market right now in that any asshole can get a good paying job with no qualifications. Really sucks for me right now cause I can't hire decent people. I get burger king qualified people that want to be paid $25/hr to do sweet fuck all.

I'm kinda surprised to hear this- I was under the impression it's a Pro-Company economy right now and there are tons of job applicants for them to choose from. Must be industry related.
In the professional markets (or at least the ones I deal with), there's so much corporate generated crap like this being used to hire people that it's to your benefit as a job seeker to have canned answers ready and waiting.

Why did you choose to work for us?
Someone probably asked you this question when you first joined the company. Now, whether it has been six months or ten years, (COMPANY NAME DELETED BY MALICE) wants to know why continue to work here. I love it when impersonal directions suddenly break the fourth wall and try to inspire you to have fun by getting excited about the prospect of you having fun. ie "feel free to have fun with it!"
