So are the donuts as incredible as they sound?

IMO, yes.

Later this month I will be back in IL and will be at the apple orchard. Their apple cider donuts are really good, I'm drooling at the thought. This is what theirs look like...

It's come to my attention that apple cider can also be served cold. Is this true?

Absolutely. I drink it cold like 95% of the time.

I always see gallon jugs of it at Whole Foods, but I never buy it because I always assumed that it would be too much work, especially since it seldom gets cold enough for hot cider. Good to know I can just pour it straight out of the bottle and into the cup.

Next time you're there buy yourself a gallon and go home and pour yourself a glass.

Pretty sure I would kill a homeless person to try the donuts at this point. It's killing me.

So do I. I've had two types of cider this year, Gala and Honey Crisp (from the brand in the link) and I am hooked on both. I want to try their Fuji one too, if I can find it. The apple cider cupcake recipe at the bottom sounds interesting, I think I'm going to give it a try... http://www.litehousefoods.com/products/ ... pple-cider

I kinda wish I hadn't posted that pic of the donuts, I'm having withdrawls.

Apple cider should be purchased from local orchards.
