A few rules would need to be established for this to work. I don't think that private pics shared via PM or facebook should be allowed and are probably a violation of the board rules. I'm thinking of a tournament where we draft a series of publically available pics that have been circulated across the forums. You guys all know what I'm talking about.

Also, to give everyone a fair chance, I think that each team should be required limit 1-2 photos of the same RMer so that we can all have well-rounded teams. I'm more open to debate on this rule if you guys think differently.
