I'd prefer to indicate my answer to this question via a doll.

i feel your pain, bart. my advice is to go through an agency; just makes sure they'll actually be showing you places during your appointment. it makes things so much easier.

You know if we all just lived together this would be a non-issue.

the wife and i have discussed moving too, though now we're down to only a month before our lease runs out. we love our place, but we could probably get something comparable for a few less hundred a month if we moved just a bit further out of the city.

we live in the separate guest suite of a nice beach house and the owner just sold the place :( ...our lease is good until March but we can opt out if we want to. The new owners said we could stay but I dont really like them so I have started the hunt for a place nearby.

If that was his desire, I have no doubt in my mind he'd sign us as his starting cornerbacks.

it's a testament to the versatility of the doug rr account that his identity is suspected to be both a jet-setting billionaire and a free-loading beach bum

I've found one that could be a really great place, I just have to figure out how much work the owner is willing to do to it. As it is the previous tenant trashed it and the layout is bizarre. Also they put this crummy yellow carpet over what looks to be really nice original 1920s hardwood.

I didn't see any tacs or staples, but then again I only pulled up a little bit.
