Okay guys, we've been deleting these things for a while now, and asked you to stop. This meme is over. Adamdude has a brief vacation. The next person who posts that will have a longer one.
Im really confused. There is no wedding footage in there, how is it vacationable?

Because no one PM'd a mod to have that discussion. Spamming the board b/c you didn't get your way is vacationable.

Shouldn't a mod click the video to determine it is objectionable before deleting it?

The content of the video in this situation is irrelevant to the issue.
None of us are under the impression that we know all or that we're the final authority for everything. The area of the band's personal lives is supposed to be off limit, but of course that's gray area and what some people find inappropriate others won't.
Things get merged, locked, and moved. Very rarely is anything done that's permanent and can't be undone if someone asks a mod to reconsider. And often, we do reconsider.
Repeatedly reposting something that's been taken down or starting new threads to bitch about how wrong we are just messes up the board for other users and pisses the moderators off.

That's why i asked, I didn't accuse. I had no idea the board had been spammed. I was just being curious.

I sure as heck didn't make a thread about it.
You'll live.
I wanted to make that statement, and I didn't want to mess up the PJ20 Movie thread with the subsequent discussion.

I watched the video after your comment, Skitch. I knew that it was a personal video about Ed's family that we had been deleting. I didn't watch it since I didn't care and just assumed that it was about the wedding. Honestly, had I watched what is basically a creepy stalker video about Ed's kid, etc. I probably would have just given thodoks a vacation right there.
And no one involved in this exchange is beef. you all know precisely what was wrong with that video, and most of you (not all perhaps) should be above this bullshit line of 'innocent' questioning.
(ahh, I see that B is cleaning up the thread--carry on)
