Ok, so I have a bunch of frozen ground bison meat in my freezer and I thought I'd put some on a pizza. What I'll do is cook up a pound of it in a frying pan like I was making it for tacos and then put it on the pizza and cook it all together in the oven.
This should be a good experiment, but I have to decide A) what seasonings to use in the meat, and B) what else to put on the pizza.

Don't listen to Scott, Pete. I went through the surplus "problem" with venison all last winter and came up with some great stuff. I can't believe I didn't think to use any on a pizza. You should put a little olive oil and oregano on that meat and see what sticks.
