i have tickets in my carrt, but when i try "confrim order", i get this: Your cart is empty If you didn't remove any products from your cart, it's possible that you exceeded the time left to pay for those products so we automatically removed them for you. Please return to the shows page to try and recreate your order.

From our old pal Pegasus: just talked to crowdsurge, they say they're aware of the problem (you click checkout and are told there's no ticket in your cart), but can't do anything about it. some people still are going through. There's plenty of tickets left apparently. been told they haven't sold half the seated manchester yet.

I had the same error: there was a character with accent in my shipping address. Once removed, I was able to buy my tickets.

Go to crowdsurge.com, not crowdsurge.com/pearljam: there are actually 2 addresses, billing and shipping. Both have to be correct, whereas you can only update the billing one from crowdsurge.com/pearljam
In order to update the shipping address, fill your cart on crowdsurge.com/pearljam, then check out from crowdsurge.com (your account is the same for the 2 websites, the cart is also the same). Log on the 2 websites through 2 distinct tabs / windows from your web browser.

Thanks for the tip, crowdsurge.com isn't working at all for me at the moment though, everytime time I click a concert I just get "Sorry, we'll be back shortly...".

I'm still trying now that my shipping address hopefully is fixed. I'm just getting "We are currently experiencing high demand - please wait." at the moment though.
