Buble can sing but can't phrase and has little capacity for tapping into a song's emotional center--and for a guy who models himself so distinctly after Sinatra, Bing, Dino, etc. that's a big but. He does better on his pop crossover material; the best I'd say about any of his takes on standards is that he knows how to dress like someone who should be able to sing them better.
