Impressive. Suddenly he can actually 'throw' the ball. 'Be neat if he could keep it up.

That last pass was an absolute dime and the other deep balls weren't bad either. Doesn't hurt that Thomas looks to be an absolute stud.

Spoiler: show
Josh McDaniels is still an idiot though.

He made some excellent passes yesterday. Honestly, if he can ever figure out throwing the ball, he's a more athletic Rothlisburger. Rothlisburger makes some of the best (and worst) plays in the game including some unbelieveably fantastic throws in the 4th quarter yesterday.

Tebow like Rothlisburger is brilliant at buying time, Tim just has to get the whole throwing to a spot and or the correct shoulder thing down and they will win a lot more like this.

The throws to Royal in the endzone and down the sideline to Bebe were nearly perfect.

I heard them talking about this on the radio, so I decided to look into it for both teams.

Basically, a caller to the Big Show asked about any perceived advantage to playing Tebow a second time. Its a very small sample size, as Kansas City was the only team that faced the Tebow led Broncos twice, but below gives a rough idea of how they did in the first game (G1) and the second (G2).

KansasCity----------------G1 (@)---------G2
Result------------------17-10,W--------7-3,L
(Den) Rushing For (att)----244 (55)--------216 (47)
(Den) Rushing Against----134 (24)--------106 (30)
(Den) Passing For (att)------69 (8)---------60 (22)
(Den) Passing Against-----140 (34)-------175 (29)
(Den) Turnovers--------0 fum, 0 int------1 fum, 1 int
(Den) Sacks For-------------4-------------1
(Den) T.O.P.--------------33:38----------32:58

I then did the same for the Patriots against their division this year:

Miami--------------------G1 (@)---------G2
Result------------------38-24,W-------27-24,W
(NE) Rushing For (att)-----106 (22)--------119 (31)
(NE) Rushing Against------98 (20)--------121 (28)
(NE) Passing For (att)------517 (48)-------304 (46)
(NE) Passing Against------416 (49)-------281 (32)
(NE) Turnovers----------0 fum, 1 int----0 fum, 0 int
(NE) Sacks For-------------4---------------5
(NE) T.O.P.--------------28:27-----------32:56

Buffalo-------------------G1 (@)---------G2
Result------------------34-31,L-------49-21,W
(NE) Rushing For (att)-----108 (26)-------138 (29)
(NE) Rushing Against------79 (20)-------106 (20)
(NE) Passing For (att)-----387 (45)--------360 (36)
(NE) Passing Against------369 (40)-------307 (46)
(NE) Turnovers----------0 fum, 4 int----0 fum, 1 int
(NE) Sacks For--------------4--------------2
(NE) T.O.P.---------------31:15----------29:38

New York-----------------G1------------G2 (@)
Result------------------30-21,W-------37-16,W
(NE) Rushing For (att)-----152 (35)--------60 (28)
(NE) Rushing Against------97 (25)--------110 (25)
(NE) Passing For (att)------321 (33)-------329 (39)
(NE) Passing Against------166 (26)-------306 (39)
