it is the clip labeled "Boooooring!"

A friend thinks it is something Jack Black has done, but neither of us can come up with anything close to what it would come from. I think there's a possibility it isn't Jack Black because the voice is slightly off, though he does have similar inflections.

He's OK but the show has really gone downhill the past few years. I blame the radio station and mgmt really. Some of the show regulars have been fired or just aren't on anymore. Only time I really listen to the show now is Halloween morning when Todd his sidekick goes trick or treating in the wealthy Rosedale area of Toronto. Picture a grown man in a spider-man costume trick or treating at 6am on Oct 31st. Its quite hilarious to listen to.
