I actually have a theory about this. If you have ugly dental hygenists and funny-looking dental receptionists, then you have a good dentist. A dentist who values cosmetics will only hire good-looking people to work at his practice. A dentist who values the health of his patients' teeth will hire the best people available, some of whom will not be attractive. Bad dentists with out-of-whack priorities hire hot employees. So you probably have yourself a good dentist, Lenny.
