Holy shit this was good. It's a dip called "Mariners' Fondue" We had it with fresh blue crab meat, but I'm sure Dungeoness would be just as delicious. I think the lobster was just from a frozen tail bought at the supermarket.

Quote:
Ingredients:

2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of celery soup
2 c. grated sharp process cheese
1/2 to 1 cup cooked diced lobster
1/2 cup chopped cooked shrimp
1 cup chopped cooked crabmeat
dash paprika
dash nutmeg
dash cayenne pepper
1 loaf of crusty bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

Preparation:

Butter bottom and sides of slow cooker. Combine all ingredients except bread cubes in prepared slow cooker; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for about 2 hours, or until cheese is melted. Keep slow cooker on LOW for serving. Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
Makes 6 to 7 cups

Do you own a crock pot, and use it on a regular basis?

six spicy italian sausages, a jar of classico spicy tomato and basil sauce, one green pepper and one red pepper sliced. dump it all into a pot, cook for four hours on high, serve on the bun of your choice.

best thing ever.
