I've found that with most "common" foods, it will never be true. I have a special attachment to a lot of basics like pizza, burgers, etc. from childhood or certain places I've lived. So when someone says it's the best pizza I'll ever eat, doubtful. It may be really really great, but isn't gonna beat the corner pizzeria I grew up on.
Now when it comes to foods I don't eat regularly, I'm all open to suggestion.

wow, it was back in 2003, so i'd be lying if i said i remembered but i think it was way down the west end of Clarke &Belmont somewhere? I thought i was a hero and got a full one and my pal who's native told me i'd never finish it. he was right. it was huge but it was delicious.

Ah, I know the kind. Stuffed full of shredded meats, melted cheese on top, and roughly the size of a human head.
