I haven't been this excited for the playoffs in years.

#1 Miami Heat VS. #8 New Jersey Nets #2 Detroit Pistons VS. #7 Philadelphia 76ers #3 Boston Celtics VS. #6 Indiana Pacers #4 Chicago Bulls VS. #5 Washington Wizards
Western Conference:
ROUND ONE
#1 Phoenix Suns VS. #8 Memphis Grizzlies #2 San Antonio Spurs VS. #7 Denver Nuggets #3 Seattle Supersonics VS. #6 Sacramento Kings #4 Dallas Mavericks VS. #5 Houston Rockets
i havent been this excited for the playoffs in at least 4 years. there's just some great matchups, some great stars vs stars.
didnt Memphis beat Phoenix twice this year?? can Duncan get his form back in time for Denver??.....then uve got a Texas battle. Dallas vs Houston. Im not used to seeing TMAC in the playoffs
i think Jersey has a shot against Miami. Shaq isnt 100% and the Nets are gonna have Richard Jefferson back.
its just a shame that the Detroit/Philly series is going to be dominated by Larry Brown/Iverson talk instead of "the defending champs vs a team on its way up".
theres so much to talk about! i love the playoffs!!!!!!!!!!!!
am i the only one who's calling out sick from work on Saturday so i can watch opening day?
i think its...
Philly at Detroit Saturday 3pm ABC
Houston at Dallas Saturday 5:30pm ESPN
Indiana at Boston Saturday 8pm ESPN
Sacramento at Seattle Saturday 10:30pm ESPN
but im very upset that game 2 of the Detoit/Philly series, Indiana/Boston series, and Wizards/Bulls series will only be on NBATV. thats bullshit.

The Western Conference stands to have some great series... Houston vs Dallas, San Antonio vs. Denver, Dallas vs. Phoenix, Phoenix vs. San Antonio... Going to be great....
Celtics vs. Pistons should be good as well, and Heat vs. Pistons...

i believe that everyone will get to see the game that's in their region because i'm going to see the Bulls game at some point in there. And then the rest of the games might be a toss up as to which ones you see.

All I care about is seeing the Pacers game.
Are they not showing the games on TV so they make more ticket money?

well it looks like they are trying to show as many of the games as possible. since the coverage is going to be split between ABC, ESPN, and TNT. TNT and ESPN will have many double and triple header games.
