Once we get transcript from the interview tomorrow (I'm going to listen) I will change the thread name to "Rank the topics in today's Mike interview"

I'd be safe and start an entirely new thread. I worry that doing it your way would risk confusing the people returning to visit the riotous discourse this thread is sure to stir up overnight tonight.
