This band doesn't owe Seattle audiences anything. sure it started there but there are a lon list of other towns in other states and countries that they owe a lot more to.

I can't think of another band of their stature that flat-out shuns their hometown like they do. Can you?
NW audiences are pretty mellow (read lame) but they still should play here more than, you know, once every 3-4 years.

Like I just said in another thread, it's a mistake to assume an audience isn't enjoying the music if they're not howling and going nuts.
What's the "right" way for a crowd to behave, you know?
You just aren't cool enough to get the music on the level they do. Either that or all the caffeine has ruined their adrenal glands and they literally cannot get excited anymore.
