'Nigger', if that's what you think he's saying, isn't really something I can imagine many Australians saying in any case. It's probably more common now due to the influence of American hip hop culture, but not in the 70s.

It does sound like "She's a nigger" but it is "season ticket", you can hear the 't' on 'ticket'.
