Listened to half of Saratoga, and Cameronia is correct. They are tight, fierce, and flawless. Very very good performance so far, and quality wise, right up there with Pittsburg.
I get what spenno is saying about the set-list, but the performance and sound are so good, that it's a super minor complaint for me.
I'm enjoying Saratoga and Lubbock so much that I even like the versions of Dissident from each show (I usually despise this song).
I don't have WPB1, but I do have St. Louis 2000 (I've had this one, and got it largely b/c it was the only show that didn't have Corduroy), and to these ears, Saratoga and Lubbock (and Milan) are the better boots.
When the boots first came out, I got many based on set-list alone, not knowing anything about the actual performance. This practice continued until about 2006, then guys like Cameronia and spenno convinced me it's not always about the set-list, but the performance. I doubt I would have bothered with Pittsburg or Saratoga otherwise. I'm glad I paid attention though, those shows are great and instantly became some of my favorite boots.

Did you check out Chicago yet? That's a really really good show, and another that I put off hearing for a long time.

Haven't got Chicago yet, but it's on deck.
Finished Saratoga and it's certainly a damn good show. After one listen, I gotta say, based on sound and energy alone, it's one of the best I've heard.
I revisited San Sebastian (this was my first one), and while they are sloppy as hell, it's a fun show. The crowd really makes it. There are a few improvs too, which are kinda cool. Ed tags "Love Me Two Times" on "Daughter" as well...don't t know if he'd ever done that. I hadn't heard it before or since.
I also like "Of The Girl" mid-set. They need to do this more often.
What are some other Euro ones I need? Like what matches Pittsburg and Saratoga? I have Milan and Katowice 2, and both are right up there them. Anything else? Oh, I have Verona too (great version of I Got You).
