Like A Rolling Stone is NOT better than everything pj has done.
Yeah, it probably is.
Bob Dylan has at least 50 songs that are better than everything PJ has done, possibly 100. Like a Rolling Stone is the greatest song of all time so that statement must be the work of a Taliban troll.
I do have one question; although I understand the significance of their massive popularity, and respect their catalog of great pop songs, why the fuck does everybody love The Beatles so much? I'm only 24, so maybe it's just a generational thing. But I've tried time and time again to force myself into liking them, and I can't do it. They just have no balls.
Don't worry, I don't rate the Beatles either. They destroyed popular music by relegating soul, blues and (real) R&B out of the charts in favour of stolen watered down riffs and meaningless lyrics - they were undeniably good at writing melodies, but like Chris Martin, had nothing to say and most of their albums have a hit to shit ratio similar to Stadium Arcadium.

Alive. Perhaps the greatest example of Eddie's impecable ability to tell a story along to the music. Just as the song builds, the lyrics build with it. The adversity that the character is reflecting on, the struggle with identity, not being able to relate to his mother (his only living maternal parent), it's like a big metaphor for the struggle's in EVERYONE's life. Absolutely anybody can relate to that song. "Fuck all the bad shit, I'M STILL ALIVE!" Beautiful, dude.
Votes also cast for: Say Hello 2 Heaven, Tears In Heaven, November Rain, Lightning Crashes and Liar.
