Al Albert just said "rim job" on live TV and stopped himself in the middle of the sentence. I was watching the Boston/Indiana game and he said something like... "Anthony Johnson has had a few rim job(s)..." (Johnson's shot went in and out) He ended it at "rim job" and then he didnt say anything for a second and started a new sentence. It was one of the funniest things I've ever heard on live TV.

i remember (quite a while back, 10 years maybe more) steve stone doing a cubs broadcast (obviously) and they were in a rain delay and he starts talking about relief pitchers and says "dennis eckersley, now there's a guy who never blows anybody (or something to that effect)"... he ended up laughing and just went with it... stone is a genius... even a cardinal fan can respect that guy and his knowledge for the game (especially knowing pitchers and tendencies)

a couple of years ago i was listening to a ucla and oregon state beavers game on the radio and the announcer ssaid " the ucla quarterback has had two beavers in his face the whole game", after he realized what he had just said he tried to clear it up by saying "two oregon state beavers"
