I liked it. The only thing that I didn't like was that the preview that spoiled what's in the box.

Saul leaving Aileen with the suicide glasses seems very similar to the terrorist guard finding the suicide razor last season. This seems....interesting.

I've been saying it since season 1. Maybe Saul is the guy who tipped them off about Gettysburg too.

Yeah, it's looking more likely that Saul is one of the bad guys.

Saul just seems too obvious though. There has to be a shocker episode where they at least hint at a different mole. Otherwise, I'd be disappointed that a couple of dudes on a Pearl Jam web site have this all figured out.

he seemed all surprised when talking to Quinn on the phone about them not finding anything, if he is a terrorist that scene would be weird.
Still he has a Palestinian wife, i guess she is from there right? so that could be a connection.
Who knows!

The scene with Brody and Carrie in the woods...great. I heard Claire Danes is pregnant? fuck.

I liked the episode up until the end. I've more than enjoyed watching these two people try to keep their sanity and hold on to their lives and careers by the last strings they can grab. Which was 98% this episode. Then Osama Bin Laden is in America with shaved beard? (figuratively of course)

My point is, there has been an attack on the Vice President, a terrorist shoot out in Gettysburg, all of which the entire country is aware of. The entire country also knows Abu Nazir is responsible. (Not to mention they had multiple CIA agents almost assassinate him in Beruit and he disappears into thin air immediately) Yet, he shaves his beard, puts on a suit and is driving around in expensive sedans in some urban U.S. city?

I'm playing along for now Homeland, because I really, really like this show.

*Plus I've been consuming quite a bit of beer and watching football all day. So I'm assuming that was Abu Nazir at the end. If it isn't. Ignore all but the first two sentences of this post.

Have they said that the public is aware of this level of detail from these events?

And I can tell you with certainty that DC and it's western suburbs are filled with Middle Eastern guys driving expensive cars (My area is about 10% Iranian, with a median household income of >$150k). No one would notice even if Osama himself was walking around.

i loved the episode....another great scene with Brody and Carrie, another masterclass from Claire Danes where you can see her manipulating Brody and then you see her real fear when they are taking Brody away...

Loved the ending.

This is easily my favorite show now. Claire is obviously the stand-out, but all the acting is stellar. The girl that plays Brody's daughter (Morgan Saylor) is particularly great.

Anybody else find it weird that Brody's wife always calls him by his last name?
