And no, it's not.
it's not even december yet. i bet your local retailers have up all their christmas decorations already.
After Thanksgiving, Christmas season begins. The Catholic Church just ended Ordinary Time, after all. I have my tree up, too. Though, to be fair, decorating my one foot tall tree takes roughly two minutes.
what time is it now that Ordinary Time has ended?
Advent. Though it appears that the priest at my grandmother's parish lied to us yesterday when he said that the feast of Christ the King marks the end of Ordinary Time. We've got another week ahead of us, it seems.

You and Jordan should spend more time in fine dining establishments, Pete. You get the bread after you've ordered. Not a second earlier. Get over yourselves.
I guess you're right.

I have no idea what my end game is at BZ, but I'm enjoying where I'm at right now. At this point I'm the on site producer for every remote broadcast the station does, so leading up to the election I was really fucking busy putting things together, and it was awesome.
I'm not sure who's responsible for all the Pearl Jam at the sports hub, but I am certain that Felger is responsible for all the Pearl Jam on The Felger & Mazz Show (Glorified G intros and the occasional Brain Of J or The Fixer). Apparently Felger is a huge Pearl Jam fan. It makes sense what they did with the imaging at the Sports Hub though, they had the same demo as WBCN so they just took all the 90s rock they were playing there and used that.
There's nothing like a good news story, or in this case, a historical nasty election right in our backyard, to keep you energized and crazy busy...
It will be interesting to see who replaces DA at night on The Sports Hub.
My choice would have been Jim Murray (filled in for Bertrand sometimes, did afternoon drive on WFNX back in 07ish) but he just left to do a show in Atlanta.
Yeah, that's a great call. He's got all those tats, right? Good voice for radio, too. Not as much energy as DA, though.
I wouldn't mind if they went with a DA-type clone - at first, I thought he was too Jim Rome-ish, but then I grew to like him. Also, he's a 'Cuse guy, so I had to root for him.

I had the same Jim Rome thought about early DA
