Yeah I know. It was me that filmed that(that's me yawping all over it. Sorry) I'd just love to get her some pics. She was brilliant on the night and not a bother on her doing it. Eddie was so nice to her before and after. She still has little or no idea who he is and cares less:) she'd do well on RM

You liked it Jorge? She can definitely sing. She's in love with chris brown sadly. Hopefully she goes back and gets into the soul stuff. Her voice is built for it.

It gives the illusion that the guitar techs are certified professionals and this is serious work. You know, like that nylon campfire set during the Into The Wild section of his shows.

I'm also a big fan of the way his stage setup looks like he hijacked a trailer heading for B.J.'s Oldies Antique Shop then just had the lab coats dump the contents all around him.

When I was 18 I worked with a guy who played drums in a bar band whose bassist quit, and I was asked to fill in temporarily. They were guys in their late 30's-mid-40's, and this was 2001, so they were into stuff like Billy Idol, Duke Jupiter, that sort of thing--Weezer's "Hash Pipe" and Kenny Wayne Shepherd's "Blue on Black" were their contemporary "crowd pleasers." But my coworker was a great guy, so I agreed to do it until they found a permanent replacement. One night at practice talk turned to what the band's name ought to be, and the guy who played lead guitar goes, "Okay, guys--check this out. This has been a dream of mine for years--I've actually been saving it since high school--so, like, we have to do this. Here's the thing--we call the band I.V.--you know, like a hospital I.V.? At the beginning of the set, we get somebody in the band--probably the kid over here--to walk out in front of our equipment and just fucking die. You know, just up and kick the fucking bucket right there in front of the fucking amps. Then, the rest of us come out onstage in white doctor's coats, and we go over and start pretending to do all this shit to revive this dead fucker, right? Like heart paddles and shit, you know? But of course, nothing's working. So we look at each other. Then we start nodding. And then we plug in our guitars, hit one loud motherfuckin' chord, and the dead dude starts freaking out, convulsing, like he's being pumped full of electricity or something. Then he *jumps* off the floor, comes back to life, grabs his bass, and we launch the fuck into 'Juke Box Hero.' Fucking sweet, right?"
Sadly this never came to pass. But sometimes it's nice to remember what it's like to be a kid with a dream.
