I had a lot of success with a stir-fry this evening. Carrots, green beans, thai peppers, green onions, and kale stirred with chicken coated with sesame oil. While that went wild, I added a bit of cumin, coriander, soy sauce, and samal. Right at the very end, I added a bit of water to break up the seasonings just a tad, and the consistency turned out perfect.

Last night, I tried something very similar, but royally screwed it up. After consulting with a lower caser on the matter, I was able to regroup. I'm very grateful for that.

Tonight, I dined like a salary man.
