ok first question is about TMPGEnc. any video file i put in it doubles. like say i put a 30 min clip in it it doubles to 60 minutes. the first 30 is of the clip but the second 30 mins it just a black screen. i never had this prob with this program till i bought new comp. anyone have any ideas on this?

and the 2nd question is what program would i use to convert a SVCD to DVD format? i know it doesnt impove quality or any of that and i'm not tradeing any of it, i just wanna move the stuff from the SVCD to DVD so i can watch them in any player and not just certain players that play SVCD.
