I use to be a running freak. I ran every day and loved it! But now it bothers my shins too much so I had to stop. Damn shin splints!!!!! :x

i hate running long distances because football and rugby have left me with a bad back, but short sprints are a lot of fun when you're so fast.

I was thinking that yesterday how much I hated running while I was on the elliptical at my gym and the girl next to me on the treadmill was running her ass off panting for air.

I use to run about 3 miles on the treadmill at my old gym a few years back but now I'd rather do 30 mins of the elliptical then 5 mins running on the treadmill any day.

my shins bother me like crazy when I run on pavement, but not when I run on a treadmill.
