I don't follow the Royals, but isn't their surprising 2003 performance usually attributed to his work? Is this not deserved?

I wish the Royals would get better. I'm starting get sick of the Twins. Plus, I really like those fountains in the outfield.

2003 was one of those years were all players hit their stride at the same time,it was definitly special, but since then Pena has made very bad decisions, and although management said he would stay tony just couldnt take losing so he quit.

yes the ownership is horrid, our owner has tons of money due to the fact he's into wal mart money but he doesnt spend it on the team.theres rumors all around that he's trying to move the team to vegas so he can sell them and make a shit load of cash

yeah the twins are getting tiresome, and the chisox are asses we'll hopefully contend in 06 if our training staff doesnt get all our young pitchers injured.

and yes the fountains are very very awesome.on windy days you can feel mists of water even in the upper deck it's great

As I mentioned in another thread, Kauffman Stadium has always struck me as one of the more beautiful stadiums in MLB.
