Iverson deserved it
i wanted to say this so bad, but i figured everyone was gonna jump on my back for being a "homer". either way nash/shaq/AI all deserved it. but yeah, it was racism that won it for nash

I think Nash's performance Sunday should resolve most doubt about his deserving the award. Just because he doesn't score big numbers like any of the dominant players in the NBA doesn't mean he can't. He's got the highest scoring game of the playoffs so far, with only 28 field goal attempts and maybe two free throws. He single-handedly brought his team back into the game.

4 free throws
but dont look at that like he "dominated", he took what the mavs gave him, and that was their game plan and it worked to perfection. let steve shoot all he wants, but shut everyone else down
and seriously, if shaq took 28 fg attempts, hed bust 50

I don't think it worked to perfection. 20 of 28 is not something you want to allow. The Suns still scored 109; Dallas just got it done on the offensive end.
And I don't think it's really fair to say they "let him shoot." Sure, they didn't double team him, but I don't think they just decided to let him have open shots. That would just be silly to let the best shooter have open shots--he still had to work for them.
