I think I'm going to buy one of these tomorrow.
Anything I should be worried about?

Buy a TV that you can use as a moniter.

Eh, I want to spend less than $300 and I want something small. My 19" CRT exploded Sunday morning and having all that desk space is nice.
Doubt I can get a 17" TV for less than $300 that can be used as a monitor AND is smaller than a CRT.

there's some sweet dell deals on slickdeals.net

the 2005FPW 20.1" widescreen for $397. It's the same LCD panel as Apple's 20" cinema display ($799)

or you can get the 19" LCD for $273

This is exatly why I have not gotten one (not to mention the additional costs). You will never have this problem with a good ol' CRT.
