im suprised to find some love for the Birdman here. His new cd is amazing, masterfade being my favorite song at the moment. I saw him open for Ani Difranco (he's signed on her label) and he's literally a one man band looping together the guitar, violin, glockenspiel, a Jeff Buckley sounding voice, and his self-proclaimed professional whistling. Hes been around for quite a while but i hope this new cd will give him the respect he deserves.

Thanks Kommie. I checked these out and they are good. Fake Palindromes has some parts that I like better than others, so I'll give it time to grow. I thought Nervous Tic was amazing from the first listen. Again, thank you for an intro to this man.

if you like him recorded you MUST see him live...
it's unreal.
i've been told he's great live.. i'd like to get some live recording...
Hail Hail The Lucky One, you're welcome. i always make threads of underrated artists. i mean, it's ok to listen to NIN, Wilco, Bright eyes and U2.. but there's some other music people should listen to..
