Due to recent virus&hacker events i had to activate my firewall.
now my bittornado only displays a yellow light where it used to display a green light.
the download and upload has also drasticly decreased.
i've been searching and found out i should open ports?
now im an absolute noob when it comes to pc's
i went to my firewall configuration and at the tab "service" i typed in localhost and the ports 6881 to 6889 but it still runs the same
can anyone give me some advice/help?

i use windows xp service pack 1 ( since sp2 doesnt work with a lot of my programs)
