Boston Market: 1/4 chicken (white, and skin peeled) with mixed veggies and corn as sides. It also comes with a corn muffin. My drink consists of a 10oz vanilla protein shake made with skim milk.

Yes, I'm a health nerd...and Boston Market is actually pretty good for you.
